The genuine raclette from the wood fire

    Raclette with a small ‘Walliser’ plate as a starter, pineapple with or without Kirsch or a sorbet with liqueur as dessert.

    Every day from half past six on. The last order for the wood-fired raclette is taken at half past seven. For questions of cheese quality, we do not serve raclette on the terrace.

The dishes suggested on this menu and which are not marked with an asterisk (*) are made entirely on the spot from raw and traditional products in the kitchen according to the criteria of the Fait Maison label established by the Fédération Romande des Consommateurs, Gastro Suisse, La Semaine du Goût and Slow Food.
