Ski and snowboard Thanks to exceptional snow conditions, you ski without problem from 3000 meters down to the village from December to April. The slopes of Grimentz are suitable to every skier, from the beginner to the highly skilled skier, as well as to families with children. With one only ticket, you can ski in all the five ski-resorts of the Val d’Anniviers.
Ski touring Far away from all the rush and the busy slopes, you will have the opportunity to spend magic moments in close contact with wild life and untouched nature. Aurel Salamin, mountain guide, will be happy to show you magnificent views and panoramas in the high mountains all over the Val d’Anniviers.
Snowshoes
With your snowshoes you find all around Grimentz specially marked winter paths, on which you discover our untouched and wild nature.
Cross-country Skiing On the cross-country skiing tracks around Grimentz you can slide on your skis for kilometers throughout our alpine woods. If you are a more demanding sportsman, you can catch the free shuttle-bus to Zinal, where you find several 15 km marked out cross-country ski tracks.
Sledging and Ice-skating For the fun of everybody you can enjoy our sledge slopes in wonderful mountain scenery. You reach most of them with our comfortable cable car.
Every day until the end of February, our natural ice skating rink invites you to a moment of figure skating or to an amusing ice-hockey game.
Hiking and walking All around the village of Grimentz you can walk on beautiful hiking trails.
