Animals are welcome. We charge CHF 10.00 per animal per day, without food.

You arrive by car in front of our hotel. With the public transport, the postal bus will drop you off 50 meters from the hotel at the “Carovila” stop.

There’s a cash dispenser near the lift ticket office.

Our beds are side-by-side Boxspring beds, each measuring 90cm x 200cm.

The breakfast buffet is open from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. If you have to leave early, we will prepare a simple breakfast for you in our lounge.

The Post Bus takes you to all the villages in the valley. In summer it also goes up to the Moiry dam. Timetables are posted at the entrance of the Hotel. The bus stop is 50m in front of the Tourist Office.

We can provide you with cell phone chargers.

Your room will be ready from 3 p.m on. Check-out will be at around 10 a.m.

In seven minutes you walk through the car-free centre of one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland. In winter, a free shuttle bus is available.

Tap water is of high quality. This way you can enjoy our mountain spring water throughout your stay.

Adapters are available for a deposit.

A kettle is available on request.

An exchange office is located at the Immobilia Grimentz agency.

Available free of charge: Baby bed with sheets, kettle, baby chair in the breakfast room. Our kitchen will glad to heat up food and/or milk for your baby.

In the hotel you have free High Speed WLAN Internet access in the rooms as well as in the public areas. You will need access data, which we will be happy to provide upon your arrival.

We have two shops in the village. A Coop and the Marché Villageois. Opening hours vary according to the season.

If needed, we can provide you with walking sticks and topographic maps of the Val d’Anniviers.

Grimentz has a natural ice rink. Depending on the weather and snowfall, it may be closed. Ask at the tourist office. Free admission

Our establishment offers a laundry service. You will find all the necessary information on the form displayed in your room. Our reception is at your disposal for any further information.
