The genuine raclette from the wood fire

    We take the latest order for Raclette at 20h.

    Raclette with a small ‘Walliser’ plate as a starter, pineapple with or without Kirsch or a sorbet with liqueur as dessert.

    Until the end of October 2020, we will not serve raclette from the wood fire during the lunch service.

You can choose either house made French fries or rice or Gratin or pasta.

The dishes suggested on this menu and which are not marked with an asterisk (*) are made entirely on the spot from raw and traditional products in the kitchen according to the criteria of the Fait Maison label established by the Fédération Romande des Consommateurs, Gastro Suisse, La Semaine du Goût and Slow Food.
